KC BrandWear ("we", "us") makes custom branded apparel in Augusta, Georgia. This policy explains what we collect when you use kcbrandwear.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you send a project brief, request a quote, sign up for our newsletter, or email or call us, we receive what you share: your name, organization, email address, phone number, and the details of your project or message.
Order and artwork details. If you place an order, we keep the artwork, sizes, quantities, approvals, and delivery details needed to produce and ship it.
Site usage. Our site records basic visit information such as the pages you view, the page that referred you, your general location derived from your IP address, and your browser and device type. We use this to understand how the site is used and to see whether an inquiry came from the site.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, prepare quotes, and produce and deliver your order.
To send you the newsletter you asked for. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link.
To keep records of our work together, including proofs and approvals.
To improve the site and our services.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run our business, and they process information only on our behalf:

Website and inquiry platform. This site is built and hosted through Creo AI, which stores form submissions, newsletter sign-ups, and site usage data for us.
Email delivery. Inquiry notifications and newsletters are sent through email delivery services.
Production and shipping partners. Blank apparel suppliers and carriers receive the details needed to fulfil your order.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses a small visit-tracking script and may set cookies or similar identifiers so that a form submission can be linked to the visit that produced it. We do not use advertising networks or cross-site tracking. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and order records for as long as we have a business relationship with you and for as long as needed afterward for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing us.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Our site and services are intended for adults and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
